Bolton Place by Opus Homes Floor Plans — Towns & Detached
Bolton Place by Opus Homes is planned as a two-collection community: townhomes and single-family detached homes. That product mix is the one fact listing sources and the builder's own community roster both support. Everything underneath it — plan names, interior sizes, lot frontages, garage counts, walkout conditions, and elevation styles — has not been released as of September 6, 2026.
This page therefore stops at collection tiers. Inventing model names such as "the Maple 36" or quoting square footage from a different Opus Homes community would make the page look complete and make it wrong. Buyers comparing Bolton Place to other Caledon releases should treat any third-party floor-plate graphic without an Opus Homes source as unverified.
This builder-spotlight site covers both collections evenly. Townhome buyers and detached-home buyers are looking at the same coming-soon release, the same intersection, and the same unreleased brochure. The difference is only which collection they intend to ask for when VIP appointments open.

Townhomes
Bolton Place is planned to include a townhome collection alongside detached homes. Specific plan names, interior square footage, lot frontages, and elevation packages have not been published by Opus Homes as of September 6, 2026.

Detached Homes
A single-family detached collection is planned for Bolton Place. Lot widths, garage configurations, and model names have not been released. Register for updates to receive floor-plan packages when Opus Homes publishes them.
What usually arrives first
In a typical GTA pre-construction launch, a builder publishes a site plan, a collection sheet with lot widths, and a set of floor-plan PDFs before a full price list. Sometimes the order is reversed. For Bolton Place, none of those documents are in public circulation. When they appear, this page will name the collections as Opus Homes names them — not as an aggregator labels them.
Until then, the practical step is registration. Floor-plan packages are rarely emailed to the open internet on day one; they go to the list the builder, or an independent registration desk, already has. Registering here does not lock a lot. It is how a household gets on that list without a phone call.
If a sales centre later distinguishes "towns" and "singles" with separate release dates, that split will be noted here. No such split has been announced. Occupancy timing is also unreleased and should not be inferred from other Opus Homes communities in Pickering, Brampton, or Stouffville. A Founders Walk brochure, a SouthCal collection sheet, or a Pickering town plan is not a Bolton Place floor plan. This page will not paste those documents in to look finished.
Prices, sizes, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. E.&O.E. Information current as of September 6, 2026.
